About PILATES :
PILATES
At Verve Fitness Hub, we have state-of-the-art pilates equipment. We offer Mat, Reformer, Chair Pilates equipped with all additional necessary tools required.
Our operational hours are 6am-2am which is broken into two sections :
- 7am-7pm is dedicated to only our female members who are only accompanied by are certified female trainers.
- Post 7pm our gym operates as a unisex fitness centre accompanied by both female & male certified trainers.
